Definitions
- Website: The electronic platform owned by the Establishment.
- Customer": Any person who makes a purchase through the Website.
1. Payment Policy
- Payment is made via credit card.
- Payment is available either directly through the Website or through a secure payment link sent to the customer.
- All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Processing takes between 30 to 60 business days, depending on the bank through which the transfer was made.
3. Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policy
General Conditions
- The original invoice must be provided for return or exchange requests.
- Returns: within 3 days of receipt.
- Exchanges: within 7 days of receipt.
Return Cases
- In case of a manufacturing defect.
- If damage to the product is discovered upon receipt.
- If the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, provided it has not been opened or used (the customer bears a return fee of SAR 100). If the customer ordered the wrong product and requests the correct one, they bear a replacement fee of SAR 75.
- If the delivered product specifications differ from what was ordered.
- If product accessories are missing.
- If the printed or advertised commercial data for the product differs from the actual product.
Additional Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- If any part is missing, the customer will be charged the full value of the product.
- If the original packaging (box) is missing, 60% of the product’s value will be deducted.
- If both the packaging and accessories are missing, up to 70% of the product’s value may be deducted.
4. Cancellation
- Al-Mabna Al-Zaki Establishment for information technology, reserves the right to cancel paid orders and refund the full amount to the customer if a technical issue on the Website results in incorrect pricing.
5. Warranty and Maintenance Policy
- Warranty is not valid without the purchase invoice showing the serial number and model number.
- Warranty does not cover improper installation of the part.
- Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as: outer covers, buttons, speakers, lights, glass, remote controls, etc.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the part stated in the invoice.
- The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the device.
- Warranty covers spare parts only and does not include free labor charges.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by shipping, delivery, transportation, or improper installation.
- Any malfunction or damage caused by abnormal use, negligence, misuse, or reasons beyond the company’s control.
- Accidents caused by misuse.
- If the device’s serial number has been tampered with, altered, or scratched.
- Using a device intended for personal/home use for commercial purposes or intensive operation beyond normal household use.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- The Establishment bears shipping costs for returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of shipping details and address.
- If the customer orders the wrong product specifications, the Establishment does not cover the cost of return or re-shipment. The customer bears the following:
- Return fee: SAR 100.
- Replacement fee for the correct product: SAR 75.
7. Legal Liability
- The Establishment is not liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
- All rights are reserved for Al-Mabna Al-Zaki Establishment for information technology, including logos, content, and images.
9. Special Notice
- When purchasing any device, the customer must ensure full compatibility of specifications with the required type and size before completing the purchase.
- The Establishment does not cover the cost of return or re-shipment if the wrong product is ordered. The customer bears the following:
- o Return fee: SAR 100.
- o Replacement fee for the correct product: SAR 75.
